Dating an Urhobo Man

I have a thing going on with a Delta man, and I’m a Yoruba lady. So far, everything has been going well, but I seem to be worried about the age difference and the fact that we work together, even though it’s remotely. He is godly, caring, and communicates well. He doesn’t give silent treatment or allow us to go to bed without thrashing out our issues, unlike my ex. I know age doesn’t determine a happy or sad home, but based on the person. However, I have been seeing some comments about Urhobo men, and I keep asking myself, “What if this is true?”

He’s hardworking, I must say, because we do the same work. Do you think I should go ahead? He really seems serious. But what if it’s a facade like everyone else? What if he changes? What if it’s just for a while? To be honest, I’m tired of the talking stage and trying to get to know new people—it’s stressful. And another thing, my closest friend has stopped talking to me because of him. My closest friend thought I was going to be with him, but I don’t see us that way. The thought of losing my closest friend is bothering me too. I just need an advice, Biko.
