I met this gynecologist sometime last year. I’m 23 years old. He’s actually way older. The first time I asked his age, he told me to guess. I guessed 35 and he was like, correct! Foolish me thinking I was making the right decision. He literally told me everything about himself but didn’t mention the most important detail—this man has a daughter and didn’t even bother to tell me, meaning he was once married. I found out myself while he was talking to her on the phone. I was so pissed. I confronted him and he said he forgot to tell me. I asked about his wife and he said she was a Jehovah’s Witness and her parents didn’t let her marry him because he’s not a Jehovah’s Witness, so they went their separate ways. I let it slide.
I changed my mind to just chop his money because keeping a sensitive information like that from me is a red flag already. Even the money I intended to chop, I no see am chop. This man na akagum (stingy). Before he can drop a dime, I’ll have to cook up touching stories. I thought doctors were always rich or maybe this one is just stingy. I have never dated a stingy guy before in my life. The presence and voice of this man annoy me so much, I can’t stand him. He wants to see my parents but I’m ghosting him already because I can’t even let it happen.
