I have a girlfriend that I have been with since my first year in school. Although we have graduated from school, this year makes it the 7th year we have been together. She’s a Muslim and I am a Christian. Honestly, she’s one of the best things that ever happened to me. We have had our share of relationship dramas and issues, but we are still standing strong. Her parents and family are aware of me, and likewise, mine. I have been thinking of popping the question, but because of the religious difference, I just want to know which would be the best religious wedding in this situation: a church wedding or a Nikkah. She doesn’t have any issue with either, and we have spoken about her practicing my religion when we are married. She doesn’t have an issue with that either. Your opinions would be appreciated, thanks.
