I’m 20 years old and celebrating my child’s first birthday today. Living with my boyfriend’s mom since the birth has been challenging. She insists on controlling everything related to my child, leaving me frustrated. Recently, she confronted me about naming our child Alexander, objecting due to our different religious beliefs (I’m Christian; my boyfriend is Muslim).
