I came to visit my boyfriend for the Christmas holidays. He surprised me with gifts (beautiful bags and wigs). I unboxed them, loved each piece he got, and appreciated him for them. I got him his own Christmas presents as well before now though. I had already planned how to style each bag. He told me his sister was coming around and said I would have to give her one of the bags. I said no problem. The thing is, I loved them all and didn’t want to let go.
So instead, I told him to pick one by himself and give her, which he did. The thing is, he picked my favorite one instead. I loved that piece so much. I told him he shouldn’t have picked that one, and I got mad. He took offense and said he won’t get me gifts anymore because I’m greedy. I told him, instead of doing that, why not just divide the gifts before giving me my own share? Was I wrong?
