I’m 26 years old and my boyfriend is years older. We have been dating for almost 2 years now. He talks to me anyhow even when he’s at fault. When I tell him he hurt me, instead of apologizing, he turns the table around and makes it look like I’m the problem. He tells me he will apologize when he feels like it. I’m getting tired of the relationship already. This is someone I have dated for almost two years now and has never credited me with N50k before. I have been understanding all along. He’s an upcoming artist and I understand he doesn’t have much but I can’t keep dating someone who always tells me he will slap 👋 me, shut up, you’re mad, etc. over the phone.
Imagine I’m in the same space with him for 3 months; he will actually slap me one day. I love him so much but I still deserve respect. I even feel I’m the bigger person in this relationship because I overlook a lot. I have never billed him N100k before just because I understand he doesn’t have much but he always makes me feel like an ungrateful girlfriend. Please, I need your advice on what to do.
