What’s this obsession with people wanting to show their ex that they’re ‘doing better’ or ‘living life’? Some people even go as far as posting fake pictures. One guy posted a car wheel one time with the caption “midday drive.” Paste the picture in Pinterest, and you’ll see the original photo. When my ex broke up with me, he told me no reasonable man would want to be with me. I’m with the kindest and sweetest guy now, and there’s no need to rub it in my ex’s face because that would mean I care about his opinion. Whether I’m good or not is not his business, and he’ll never know.
That’s the sweet part because I know he’s always trying to stalk me, which I’d never let happen. I know the suspense is killing him, and that’s the sweet part because I’m literally just enjoying life with my sweet man. Can’t imagine putting so much effort to make someone who didn’t treat you right or want you jealous. So if he or she sees that you’re doing well now and they come back for that reason, are they really worth it? You’re just embarrassing yourself.
