I started having sexual relations with a guy who is very explorative. Recently, we did a sex video call, and it was my first time trying that or even touching myself. I was brought up believing that touching oneself is a grave sin. Since then, I’ve been critiquing myself and experiencing self-hate. I touched myself again tonight and can’t believe I did it. God, please help me. I can’t even join the Hallelujah Challenge tonight because I feel filthy spiritually. Can someone advise me on how to stop this?
