Guys, please I want to know: is it okay to date a guy that has slept with someone you know? There’s this guy I met recently, and I liked him. He actually stays in the same compound as my ex-schoolmate. We’re not that close, so I won’t really say she’s my friend, but I care about her, no doubt. It was when I went there to check my stuff that I kept in her house that I met him, and he was really nice to me. Mind you, I didn’t notice him personally; he came to meet me and wanted to get to know me, which I didn’t see as a problem. But now the issue is my friend told me they had something together once when I asked her if the guy is a nice person. Trust me, I was heartbroken because I already liked him, and I think he feels the same way too because he cares so much about me. Note: she’s in a serious relationship, so I don’t know if it’s right and okay to be with him. I really don’t know if it’s worth it, although I’m thinking of just ignoring him because I know myself. I’ll be so insecure, and I might not want to have anything to do with her again if I’m going to be with him.
