Read Part 1: How Can I Have Her Back?
Dear Rantandtalkz family, thanks for all you do. I was the one who sent a story to your page some time ago about leaving my 6-year relationship and how to have an ex back who relocated to the UK. I read the comments, which is why I am writing again to you. Actually, I should have stated why I left my 6 years relationship and why I want that particular ex back. I’d start by saying, that no one is perfect; a relationship is all about tolerating your partner’s imperfections, taking corrections, and putting your partner’s feelings in check. In my 6 years of relationship, it was actually like the opposite. It lasted for 6 years because when I met my ex-fiancée, I was as poor as a church rat. No one believed we could be in a relationship because she was so beautiful and sexy while I was just there. She actually supported me to be who I am today, and I didn’t take that for granted, which is why it was difficult to break up despite the fact she became very disrespectful.
In the sense that she in$ults me at any given opportunity and sometimes h!ts me. I’ve NEVER raised my hands on a woman before, neither have I insulted her during the 6 years relationship. I wasn’t brought up that way. Whenever she hits me, she’ll cry and curse herself, sometimes crawl on the floor to beg me, and I always forgive. She also has this behavior that she is always right, no matter what happens; she looks for ways to manipulate it that she is never wrong, and this behavior is not just to me, even to her staff at the business I opened for her, her neighbors, her family, and friends (she has no friends again because of that). Her mom will always say I was the one who spoilt her because there is nothing she wants in this world I don’t do for her. I usually give her N500k monthly, set up a standard business for her, and got her the latest MacBook, iPhone, and a new wig of her choice every 4 months.
We’ve been to 4 countries as we go on vacations once every year. Got her a different series of gold jewelry. I collected my Benz car back because it was a proposal gift and since the whole wedding stuff has been canceled why should I leave the Benz worth N27m for her? She also returned the diamond ring I used to propose to her so no big deal. I ended the relationship because she made some statements that didn’t sit right with me. She said I can never control her and I should never feel if I tell her not to do something she won’t. We talked about going to the club, she said I am not her father. Normally, I usually bankroll her and her friends whenever they go to the club, and drinks were always on me, so I was wondering why she’d make such a statement. I can’t imagine myself having a failed marriage ‘cause the signs are there and my parents have been peacefully married for the past 35 years.
Before ending the relationship, I told her we should both seek a therapist, she said she didn’t want to because she didn’t do anything that would warrant seeking a therapist. That was the day I ended the relationship. Also, I stopped cheating for the past 2 years, cheating usually happens from constant breakups because we were always f!ghting then. Reflecting on all my exes. This particular girl I’m trying to take back was so calm, gentle, and hardworking when I was with her, she was always talking about growth and how to be a better person so I felt I should give her a try this time and not play her like I did in 2021. I texted her already though and she replied but I don’t know what else to say as it’s been a long time I toasted a girl lol. What can I say next to her, I don’t mind booking a next flight to go see her. Make una give me toasting tips abeg.
