My fellow Rantandtalkz family, please, I want to ask if I overreacted or not. My boyfriend got a new apartment, so we went to fix it and get some things done. We were almost done when his female friend arrived, so she sat down while we were arranging some decorations. My boyfriend wanted to hang a particular decor, so he asked me if where he kept it was ok, and I asked him to adjust it. Then he faced his female friend and asked her if it was ok where I asked him to hang it, then the lady also gave her opinion, in which he later did what the lady said. My question now is, why did he ask me when he knew my opinion doesn’t count? Had it been he asked her straight, I wouldn’t have been pained, but the fact that he made it look like my opinion doesn’t count really hurt me. After that incident, the energy I’ve been putting into the work just went from 100-0, he noticed, and he has been disturbing me, asking what happened to me. I told him nothing because I thought it would sound stupid.
