I’m 25 years old, and currently serving in Port Harcourt. This story happened about a week ago. I’ve been having some issues with some of my fellow Corp members in the office where I work. On this particular day, I got into an altercation with one, and the next thing, all of them ganged up on me. They said so many things that made me so depressed. How I’m always smelling, that’s why nobody associates with me, that am I too broke to afford deodorant or perfume, that don’t we bathe in my family. I couldn’t even defend myself after they said these things because I take my personal hygiene very seriously, so I kept wondering where all these things were coming from. When we went to our boss’s office, they were giggling about it together with my boss. I was in so much shame. Please, can you have body odor and not know about it?
