I have been dating my boyfriend since 2020, and within my three years of serious relationship, there’s another serious relationship. On the other girl’s birthday, he’ll post her and caption it with “my love,” but on my own birthday, he’ll caption it with my name. If I post him and someone who knows the girl takes a screenshot and sends it to her, my boyfriend will confront me. He once told me not to post him anymore because of the girl, but if the girl posts him, I’m expected to understand. He has manipulated his way to the extent that I feel guilty when I’m talking to another guy that I’m not even dating.
He always complains if I have male friends on my list. He has manipulated me so much that if he does something annoying, I won’t complain because I’m trying to protect my love. But if I do complain, we will have issues. At any slight issue, he’ll block me for several weeks or stop talking to me for several days. I’ve been trying to get out of the relationship, but it’s been very hard for me because I love him so much, and he knows that. He has drained me mentally. I know I’m stupid, but please, I need advice before it’s too late!
