I met this guy through a friend. He is not in the country, but still, we decided to give it relationship a try. He promised to come to Nigeria by July. Everything was going smoothly, he would always call, gist, and create time for me. I felt like I had known him for years because we clicked really fast, and we wanted to make the relationship work out. There was this day he got my TikTok account, and he said I wear revealing clothes too much. Trust me, guys, I took down my posts because I wanted the relationship so badly. A few days after he complained about my clothes, he stopped picking up my calls and stopped calling.
I was worried that something had happened to him. Two days later, he dropped a message to me that we should end the relationship because his sister saw my Instagram page and said this was not the best relationship for him. I tried my best to convince him, I even took down my posts, but he insisted and stopped replying. Mind you, he saw my page even before he asked us to be in a relationship. I got sad that I wasted my time on something that wasn’t worth it. I accepted fate after some days that we weren’t meant to be. Even if he convinced one of his sisters, what about the remaining 5 because he has 6 elder sisters, and he is the last born?
