I am a 25-year-old boy and I have been masturbating since 2019 now, and I don’t know how to stop this addiction, I have prayed so much to stop this addiction but no way, have done so many things to stop this but I still see myself doing it. and I am so depressed right now after masturbation, that things will not always go well again in my life. I can’t even perform well in bed with my girlfriend because of this. I pray God helps me to overcome this addiction, I am tired.
