There’s this girl I’ve been talking to for a while now. We are both single, and she claims she really loves me, which I do too. But we’re still in the talking stage because I don’t know that much about her yet to just jump into something serious with her. I asked about her previous relationship, but she wouldn’t talk about it, and I feel like I need to know the reason for the breakup. I’ve asked her a couple of times, but she keeps saying she’s not gonna talk about it. I got angry last night and told her if she’s not gonna talk about it, then there’s no reason for us to keep talking, and she replied with “Okay.” I left her, but then I was not comfortable with it because I love her so much, and I feel like I shouldn’t try to force it out of her.
So then I texted her this afternoon and apologized for how I reacted, and we’ve been talking. But she seemed off, giving late replies, which she hadn’t done before. If I don’t give her a quick response, she texts over and over again, but not anymore. Instead, she’s giving the late replies. I even tried calling her that night, but she declined my call, which had never happened before. So I’m wondering, could it be because of what I said to her last night? And please, I need people’s advice. Should I just leave her alone? Because I hate forcing a vibe, and I hate being ignored.
