Friendship Breakups Hurt More Than Relationship Breakups

I can say I got my first heartbreak, but not from a guy, rather from someone I considered my sister from another mother. It’s going to a year now, and I’m still hurting. I barely have friends, so anyone I have, I cherish them. A friendship of almost four years ended because of a guy and secret animosity. Why do people no longer cherish friendship? No matter what I do, this girl will say I’m competing with her or that I’m jealous of her, meanwhile, I’m just living my life and enjoying the little I have. Even with everything, I still love her, but I can’t stop hurting. Why would she see me as competition? Why would she think I’m jealous of her when all I do is support her without even hoping to get anything in return? This girl went on to say a lot of nasty things about me to her friends, and I never once spoke ill of her to anyone, even till today. Please, how do I move on completely?
