After I gave birth, I started living with my husband, but he has always been unfaithful. Even before I got pregnant, he used to tell me he would change, but things have only gotten worse. I have no one to share my feelings with because I know people will mock me, so I keep everything to myself. This year, his cheating has become unbearable, but I’ve kept quiet even though it hurts me deeply. One day, I checked his phone and found out he was having s€x with a woman in our area. I confronted him and begged him to stop. Later, when I was looking for a shop to rent, I found one opposite that same woman’s shop. I told him I wanted to take it and he agreed. I warned him not to have anything to do with that woman again because I didn’t want her to mock me or spread rumours. He said he would even break up with her and I was happy, not knowing he was still secretly seeing her.
He even recorded videos of them together on his phone. Another time, his son introduced a girl to him to start dating. I saw their conversation and got very angry. One night, my husband and his son planned to host that girl, and he didn’t come home. When he returned the next morning, we fought. I checked his phone and saw proof that he spent the night with her. I told him I didn’t want his son living with us anymore because he was encouraging my husband’s behaviour. One of his friends, Michael, also stays with us. One day, when my husband took me to buy something, a lady greeted him in a suspicious way. When I asked who she was, he said she was Michael’s girlfriend, but I didn’t believe him. That night, I secretly recorded a conversation between him and Michael. I heard him say, “My wife must have caught me today because of that girl.” Later, I checked his phone again and saw he had s€x with that same lady and recorded it. I haven’t told him because he might change his password, and I don’t want to leave my marriage because of my child, but my husband gives other women attention and money while he ignores me.
