I have an issue bothering me in my business. The product I sell has low and high grade. If I do adverts with the low grade of about N60k, customers will buy a lot and I’d make so much money because I could sell up to five products a day with a profit of about N10k on each or more. Now, this low grade is not so bad, but when I market it, they think it’s expensive. Customers know that this product has high and low grade, and the higher the price, the higher the quality, but yet they rush the lower quality when I run the advert and then complain after getting it.
If I run ads for the high quality of about N100k, hmm, three days and I might not even see one sale, and the profit is still the same, N10k per product, both on the high quality and low quality. So personally, I prefer selling the lower quality because even the capital to use and restock will give me more low quality. It’s not so bad ooo, but they always expect heaven on earth. So what do I do? What do you guys suggest? When they finish paying for the low quality, do I upsell and tell them I have higher quality in case they want it next time so they have it in mind? Because honestly, once they get the lower quality, only about 10 percent return, but higher quality returns like 30 percent. What do you guys suggest I do? Keep selling the lower quality and upsell?
