I am 25 years old, currently serving and living in Abuja. When I was in school, I started smoking. I got addicted to weed and stuff. Depression got me smoking. I didn’t have friends to talk to, and I found comfort in weed, and before I knew it, addiction kicked in. I would pray to God to stop, and right after praying, I’d roll a blunt. It was crazy. I finally stopped when I did colos, not intentional though. I don’t smoke weed anymore. Now I have a new addiction I am trying to quit, and it’s cigarettes. I need help. I’ve tried, but I still find myself doing it. I am a lady, and I know it’s worse for my health. I really do need help. I am coming here to talk about it because, as usual, I still don’t have friends.
