I’m a 23-year-old guy. A few years ago, I traveled to Libya to work, and while I was there, I sent money to my sister back home to build a house so I would have somewhere to stay when I returned. I also sent her money to start a business for herself. I came back to Nigeria three years ago and thankfully the house was completed. But now I’m facing an issue. My sister, who is 33, still lives in the house and has no plans of moving out. She has no relationship and she constantly rejects men. I’ve been the one handling all the bills at home. She doesn’t contribute anything financially. It’s starting to affect my relationship life. The way she acts towards any girl I bring around isn’t welcoming at all. In fact, if she’s home, my girlfriend doesn’t even feel comfortable coming over. I don’t want to ruin my relationship with my sister, but this is getting too much.
