My mother and I have been living together for more than 6 years now after my dad passed. My dad left a lot for us, and we are very comfortable and happy, and me and my mother can go wherever we want and do whatever we want. But one thing now—about last year, I found out my mother was having an affair with another man, of which I didn’t even talk about, even though she never told me about him.
Now my mum is requesting we move in with him in his house in Canada, but I’ve told her I don’t want to have anything to do with the man. I really don’t know why she’s trying to bring me into their relationship, and since she told me about it, she just keeps crying that I want to ruin her life, of which I don’t even know why she’s doing that. I can move on with my life myself. I even have to move to another apartment because of her constant stress about the same issues. I hate when she cries, and it hurts me really bad, but I really do know what to do to avoid moving in with them.
