So, I met this guy sometime last year, and from the onset, he’s been saying he wants to marry me (though he’s not in the country), so we’re yet to meet physically. The thing is, although I like him so much, he doesn’t give me money as much as I want because I work 9-5 and earn a lot for myself. Even though I feel deep in my spirit that he’s genuine, I’m scared about his financial status because, at first, he used to be really thoughtful and sweet with gifts but stopped all of a sudden. He says once he makes me his wife, he’ll spoil me and that we can’t be doing what we’re supposed to do in marriage while still in a relationship, including sex, but I’m just scared overall. What if he’s one of those people that will promise and not deliver? What do you guys think? Should I be patient or just let him be until he’s able to meet my needs?
