I’m 19. Right from when I started menstruating, my cycle has been irregular. But last year was worse—I saw it only four months out of twelve. I decided to see the doctor. After a while, the doctor referred me to a gynecologist, and they asked me to do an abdomino-pelvic scan. Afterwards, my result showed I have PCOS. They told me not to worry and that when I want to conceive, I should come to the hospital to medically induce ovulation and all. Since then, I’ve been very worried. I can’t just relax and do nothing—what if it escalates? I’ve been doing research and spending money on natural remedies because my research says a healthy lifestyle can reverse it. Mind you, the last time I saw my period was October last year. I’m really worried. I’m praying and trying to use the scriptures to counter negative thoughts, but they keep coming. Please, no h8te or negative comments. I just seek advice from anyone who’s experienced or at least knows about it. Thank you.
