For 2 years now I dread having sex because at the end, I always come up with tears. The line between my vagina and anus always tears open. I’ve been to hospitals, given antibiotics, medicines, and cream to apply there, still yet no improvement. Even when I abstain from sex for months, it always tears open. I usually get wet, even when I use lubricant it still opens, and after two days it heals. I can’t continue like this. Please I need suggestions on what to do. Please.
