I recently turned 25 and just began navigating my life towards the right path. I recently trained on how to sew male wears because I think I will be successful with it, and the issue I’m having right now is, I have a boyfriend who has been suggesting that we start living together. I have a lot of responsibilities as the first child, and he has his own family to cater for also. Truth be told, I’m not ready to settle down just yet.
I want to work and make a name for myself before anything like that, and at the same time, I love my boyfriend so much that I don’t want to lose him. I feel living together will hinder my work one way or the other, but I don’t know how to put it to him because I know he will be mad. He’s been making plans for us to move in together since last year. What do I do? Please I need your advice.
