A tenant’s child was walking on his own while I was walking on my own too. He saw the coconut in my hand and started following me, crying for me to give him. I hate children with long throat, so I ignored him, broke the coconut, and shared it with my siblings. I wanted to give this child, but the crying was becoming too much, and it got me angry, so I stood up and changed position. This boy followed me. Other kids his age were there too, waiting to collect the coconut, but these ones were not crying. This boy pushed the other kids. It got me angry. I almost hit him, but I just left him to cry and gave the other children except him. I felt kind of guilty, but at the same time, this child will always follow you, crying, whenever he sees something edible in your hand.
