I bought a Samsung S21 in Enugu and I went back to school in Benin, but the issue is that anytime I plug it in, it will automatically turn off. I have been experiencing this problem and they told me it’s a factory fault. The down board has been changed many times and yet nothing is working, and I can’t take it back to where I bought it because of the far distance. I’m using a wireless charger to charge, but it’s slow. Can Samsung’s factory fault be resolved?
