I am so confused right now. I met a guy almost a month ago now. He’s shown he likes me, and I really like him too. He’s really ready to settle down, and I’ve already met some of his siblings. I told him I want to change my phone; I have N300k with me already, and I need him to help me add N150k or N200k to it. But he told me he can only change my phone and set up a business for me if I get pregnant for him first because he’s done things for girls several times before, and they eventually leave him.
But the problem now is, first, he’s a Muslim, and I’m a Christian, though that doesn’t matter to me; it’s just my parents. Secondly, I don’t know if he’s trying to entrap me with giving him a child. He’s 26, though, and I’m 23. I graduated last year but have yet to go for NYSC. I really like him a lot, though, he’s a very sweet guy. But I’m scared because of his conditions of me getting pregnant first before we do any wedding. I don’t want to become a single mother.
