I do have short-time breakups with my boyfriend, which I think is normal, but this time around, everything seems different. We just got back together after a few weeks of breaking up and were planning on seeing each other. I said something that might have provoked him, but it wasn’t even something to get angry over, and he started insulting me, using foul language. I was surprised because he has never disrespected me or insulted me before, no matter what. After a few weeks, he came crawling back into my DMs as if nothing happened. I don’t know if I should just end things with him because I h8te being disrespected. I don’t really know much about him; we aren’t that close, but our relationship is almost three years old.
