I (24) have been dating this man (34) for 3 years now. He’s not based here in the country (Nigeria). I’ll be flying to see him tomorrow and spending two weeks with me, plus he’ll be checking his houses he’s building too before returning. He said to meet my parents when he comes before, and we had that discussed. Recently, I asked him again so I can be sure and let my parents know I am bringing someone to meet them, although I already told my mom. He suddenly started giving some weird attitudes and saying we will talk about it when he arrives.
My head is messed up, and I can’t sit to think well. I believe seeing my parents shouldn’t be something we have to be discussing again when he arrives, except choosing a day to go see them. What should I do? What should I discuss with him when he comes? How should I handle things if eventually he isn’t going to meet them again?
