I am 24 years old. I like to eat fruits more than food. Is it bad? Not that I don’t eat, oh, I eat well. But compared to fruits, I eat more of them than regular food. Is it bad? My friend said too much of everything is bad. And yes, before I forget, I got a juicer to help me take the juice from the fruits, like oranges, apples, pineapples, etc. Then I just take them as natural juice. I always make them when I want to eat if I feel like drinking something sweet, apart from water. I don’t drink soda and all. Is it bad to try to eat and stay healthy?
