So I met a guy on IG, and we’ve been talking for like a month plus now. We’ve gone out like twice. On my birthday, he got me a gift, and we even went out together. I was really grateful and appreciative because I wasn’t expecting shii from anybody, and we had only recently started talking, so I wasn’t expecting anything at all. But I really don’t know his intentions towards me. I asked him if he was single, and he said yes, so that alone made me continue talking to him. If he had said he was in a relationship, I would have backed off.
We literally talk every day—good morning texts, goodnight texts, and calls in between too. But he has never brought up a relationship talk with me, so I’m confused about what he wants. I don’t want to be too forward; that’s why I haven’t asked him any questions about it. But I like him already. I just don’t want to waste my time talking to him every day, only for it to lead nowhere. I’m just confused now. What do you guys think I should do?
