I feel so hurt that I have to end things with the man that loves me more than life itself. He’d give me the world if I asked—gives me the best orgasms too—but guess what? Our genotypes are incompatible. For a while, we thought we could work our way around it and explore the options available, but it’s not as easy as it looks. He refuses to let go, but I will not be selfish to bring a sickler into this world. I doubt I will ever find such perfect love again.
