Please, how can I stop watching porn? Almost every day, I watch porn videos, which I regret after watching. I have tried to stop, yet there’s something that pushes me to watch it again. I have tried my best to stop and also discipline myself many times, yet I still go back and continue watching. Please, I need your advice because it hurts me seeing myself this way.
