I met this guy, and we started dating. We’ve been dating for almost a year. Although we have a huge age difference, we communicated that it wasn’t going to be a barrier or an issue. Our relationship has been smooth—he does everything for me and all—but he is possessive. He doesn’t want me talking to anybody I’ve known before, especially if it’s a guy (just casual friendship of good morning, checking up on them because they do so too—nothing more). He made me block a friend.
I don’t have many friends, just 3, and one of them is a guy friend, which is just casual—nothing more—because I’ve known them for a while before I started dating him. Now, it has escalated to me not going out to any occasion (weddings). Although I don’t go out, now I don’t know what to do because he’s becoming aggressive in the way he talks to me, trying to make me understand that every other person is temporary, even though they’re family members. He loves me so much, though.
