Please, can sex reduce cramps, and how true is this? The older I get, the more my cramps increase. New month con be like problem. I’m 24, an MSc (Master’s) student, and done with my NYSC early this year, but I’m still a virgin. I don’t know if virginity can add to cramps because I’ve heard a lot, and I’m confused. Make pesin dey visit hospital collect injections every month on top period. Two days to my period, pain has already started.
