My boyfriend and I are in a long-distance relationship. He traveled abroad like a month ago. We’ve been together for almost 2 years. The issue is, anybody I’m telling that I’m in a long-distance relationship is mostly telling me to have a Plan B. They say it mostly doesn’t work, and I shouldn’t waste my effort and time on only him so I wouldn’t get disappointed.
A friend of mine even said if he was very serious, he would have proposed before he left, and as long as his d*** works, he would definitely get someone over there. We are very strong in the relationship, and he is intentional about me, but I’m still concerned and worried regardless.
