I won’t say I’m a fat girl—not even chubby in that sense—but I’m definitely fleshy. My head is sooo big, and I have a fat face. I know if I lose weight, my face will definitely look different. I’ve imagined myself having a slim face and damn, I’ll look bomb. The problem now is how to achieve it. You know gym culture is not prevalent here, and I can’t actively use slimming products because I live with my parents (I’m 19), and my mom is very observant.
I downloaded a workout app, but after the first day, my muscles got so sore I couldn’t walk properly for three days. I already tried doing facial exercises, but I was told you can’t lose weight in just one part of your body. I love food too much to do intermittent fasting 😭. You guys, help me with any tips you have that’ll work within three months ’cause I’m not fat, so it’ll be easy to lose 🥲. Even if it’s intermittent fasting, as long as it works.
