I started dating this guy late last year. Ever since then, he’s been a really good person even though we’ve had a couple of arguments. Fast forward to this year, I found out his ex visited him and spent the night. I was so angry and broke up with him, but he apologized and assured me nothing happened. Now, I find it hard to trust him ’cause before that, he would always talk down on me and even break up with me just for replying to a guy’s DM. I had his logins at some point (which he didn’t know) and found out he chatted with different women and invited like two over from the ones I saw oo, ’cause I noticed he’d delete his texts. When I confronted him, he said the girl was for his friend, not him. After all these incidents, I lost the trust I had for him.
A time came when he was going to travel to Abuja for a few days, I asked to go with him ’cause it was a journey we both planned for a long time, and he told me I shouldn’t come with him. He changed his passwords and logins so I wouldn’t be able to go through his phone, and recently he’s been giving a kind of attitude I don’t understand. He acts nonchalant and says he always has things to do. When I tell him I’m not feeling the relationship again and want to end it, he starts acting good for like a day and then changes the next. I’m just 24, and he deflowered me too. I honestly don’t know what to do 🥲. I feel like acting the same way towards him, doing everything he has done to me, but it’s hard to. I did it to my ex, so why is this one hard for me?
