I started dating this guy this year around March, and we were good for about three months. All of a sudden, I heard his ex gave birth, and he told me they had just broken up last year. He now told me he’s the father of the child. I cried and felt like he played me, though he explained to me that the girl cheated on him, and he thought the pregnancy wasn’t his. But after the girl gave birth, they ran a DNA test, and it turns out he’s the father of the child.
He’s taking responsibility for the child now, and his ex still stays with her parents. Me and this guy are planning life together; we even want to start living together in the house he built, and he’s planning to open a business for me. But I’m scared he might later forgive that girl because of the child. Though he said there’s nothing between them anymore, I’m still scared.
Anytime I bring up the lady’s matter, he covers it up and says he doesn’t want to talk about it. He keeps showing me off to everyone and telling them I’m his wife. He keeps promising me that he’ll never marry someone who cheated on him. But I’m still confused. Please, should I go on with him or should I break up with him?
