I’m a young girl, 24 years of age. I have a good relationship with my current boyfriend, and he intends to marry me, but my mother doesn’t want us to. Her reason is that he’s not from my state, even though we’re both from the southern part of the country. She wants me to marry someone else from my state, but I don’t like her choice for me.
