I’m 22, and I have a boyfriend (24) who I’ve been with for 2 years now. He cares and loves me so much, even after I’ve done things that could warrant him leaving, but he never did. Since late last year, I’ve been trying to fix my relationship with God, but I can’t do that while still fornicating. So I spoke to my boyfriend about my decision to abstain from sex, but he thinks I’m doing it because I don’t care about him anymore. I’ve been trying so hard not to have sex, but I keep failing because of him. Now, I’ve decided to end things with him, but I don’t know how to do that without hyrting him. I need help, please. Note that he won’t let me go easily, as he loves me so much.
