I’m scared I might become the lonely old woman with cats that people talk about. I get sad when I see girls having girls’ night out because I can’t relate, and I have no friend group. I haven’t had a man of my own for four years now. I recently hit a milestone, and the only congratulatory messages I got were from my mum and siblings. Nobody even came to celebrate with me. I felt so sad and lonely, I even cried myself to sleep that day. I hate the way my life is at the moment.
