So, I have a boyfriend, and he’s a very good man—a very intentional man. He seems to love me so much. Also, he’s romantic, caring, and all that. To be honest, he’s everything I want. The issue now is that he has mutual friends with my ex, and I knew this. But I thought since they weren’t friends and only had the same friend circle, it would be fine. But my mum and brother are not in support of this. They think it’s a setup to use me so they could talk about how they’ve slept with me in their circle. But, to be honest, this guy doesn’t seem like that. I want him, but I don’t know what to do. We’re already in a relationship, but my mum and brother want me to call things off. I’m confused for real. I don’t know what to do. Is it that bad to date from the same circle twice?
