I don’t know why I feel hurt. My boyfriend called me last week, and while we were on the phone, he received another call. He told me it was a delivery man. He went to pick up his delivery, and then he started unboxing the packages. He showed me different pairs of footwear that he bought. I asked, “Where’s mine?” He asked if I wanted some too. This is the same person who told me a few days ago that he was going to the mall to get things and would get something for me as well. I used to buy him things without even telling him.
Recently, he has been sending me pictures of different types of clothes he’d like me to wear around him. I told him to send money so I could buy them, but he said he doesn’t have any money. I’ve been asking him to support my business, and he keeps promising but never fulfills his promises. And now, he bought footwear worth millions. I felt really bad and hurt. Am I overreacting?
