I know this is weird, but please don’t judge me—listen to my story first.😭 I’m an adult, but I still suck my lips and pick on my armpit hair. I don’t know why; there’s just this comfort it gives me that I can’t explain. This has been happening since I was small. They’ve corrected me many times, but I can’t stop, and I’m used to it now. Some people close to me know I still suck my lips at my big age, but no one knows I pick on my armpit hair. Before y’all come for me about being d!rty and all, please know I take my hygiene very seriously. It just makes me comfortable, that’s all—like when I’m sad or down, I just pick on my armpit hair or my eyebrows, then sleep off or something. My question now is, does anyone know if this has a meaning or if it’s a normal thing? And how can I stop?
