He Called Himself A Married Guy and Not a Married Man

Na single I single, I no kukuma kee person. My friend messaged me and told me that somehow has been on her neck concerning my matter, that he even drove down to her place to talk to her in person, and she was convinced, so she gave the guy my number. I was angry that at least you could have told me first. Fast forward to when me and the person started talking, he was professing love to me. He even came in the evening to check on me at home. We planned to go on a date, and I told my friend about it, and she said I should go. I was carrying her along as it went. He dropped me at my place in the night, saying he didn’t want to be too forward on asking me to lodge or spend the night with him. I said it’s fine, we can take our time. I told my friend about it, and she said, “Hope he told you he’s married and gave birth to a baby girl this month.”

I was like, “Helen, are you mad? He’s what? And you went ahead and gave him my number?! Wetin I wan take married man do?”. I waited till the next day to text him, it got so good he texted first, with an epistle of how good I looked and smiled and he couldn’t get my face off his memory. I replied saying I hope you don’t end up having memory loss. I asked him, “Guy, are you not a married man?” Imagine him telling me he’s a married guy and not a married man, like are you for real right now bro? He said he wanted us to get along and didn’t want to lose me because they don’t give him attention when he tells ladies he’s married. As a married man, wetin you dey find up and down? I was so pained I wasted two weeks on talking staged with a married man. I blocked him, but he won’t allow me to rest, calling me with a different number. Anyway, it’s Helen I blame, no be him fault. Mtcheeew.
