LI just want to share this here and hear people’s opinions. I decided to test my girlfriend’s loyalty with money. We’ve been together for almost 3 years, and she knows I have close to a million in my account (though it’s already budgeted). A few days ago, she asked me for money. She was expecting at least N50k from me, but I sent her only N20k. Long story short, I later found out my girlfriend went to another guy’s house to cook for him. I suspected something when I texted her, she responded then quickly turned off her data. So when she came around later, I confirmed the guy had sent her money, and that’s when I knew something was fishy. When I confronted her, she confessed and started crying to manipulate me. She claimed the guy wasn’t around while she cooked, and that after she finished, she called him to say she was leaving, that nothing happened between them. So I asked her, why did she do it? She said she needed money to start a business, and that was why she accepted the offer. (The guy gave her N20k for soup and N15k for her cooking work.) Now I’ve seen the result of testing my “loyal” girlfriend with money. She only apologized because she got caught. The funny part is, she had told me about this guy before, that she used to have a crush on him back in 100L, but he didn’t notice her. I met her in 200L (we’ve both graduated now). But it’s now, after I’ve pushed her up, that the guy is showing interest, using cooking as a way to invite her over. Moral of the story: Guys, if you dey give your babe everything she asks for, once in a while, try give her half then wait and watch her true colors.
