So I’ve been with this guy for 2 years plus, and somehow he keeps missing my birth month and my birth date. I think upper year—I mean our second year together—I kept repeating it to him. If I tell him today and I ask him the next day, he’ll say nonsense. But he remembers my birthday and celebrates it, but remembering the date and month is his problem. So recently, we were talking about zodiac signs and I was like oh, he’s Cancer, and I asked him mine. He was telling me Libra, which prompted me to ask him what my month and date was. Immediately, he said a wrong date. I just blocked him and insulted him. Did I overreact or did I do the right thing? I feel guilty for insulting him, but I always say this—he has a short memory. So please, what would you do if your partner of 3 years doesn’t remember your birth month and date? I’ll be in the comments.
